I have been studying spirituality and healing for over thirty years, and working as a practitioner and teacher for over twenty. Since childhood I have been drawn to the mystical and spiritual realms. For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with Native American and Ancient Egyptian cultures, spiritually advanced extra terrestrials, and with Jesus as a spiritual master and teacher (while I always sensed that most religious institutions have warped, misunderstood, and misrepresented his teachings.) I began practicing chanting and meditation as a teenager.

I studied dance, gymnastics, and music from an early age, and moved to New York City from Tennessee at age fifteen to attend the School of American Ballet in New York City. I went on to dance professionally with American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet, and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, during which time I relied on massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, yoga, and energy healing to keep my body performing at it's best. These experiences inspired me to pursue the path of studying, practicing, and eventually teaching the healing arts. In addition to working as a Licensed Massage Therapist and energy healer in Boston, MA and Sedona, AZ, I have taught massage therapy, meditation, pranayama, energy healing, crystal healing, yoga, and dance and many venues throughout the US. I have studied with modern masters in the realms of spirituality and energy healing, visited sacred sites including the pyramids and temples of Egypt, and spent time in deep communion with nature. Some of my most informative and profound experiences have occurred on the inner and outer planes during meditation, healing sessions, and in the dreamtime.

I currently offer healing sessions combining massage therapy, energy work, crystal healing, and sound activation at Peace Place, a beautiful crystal store and healing center in Sedona, AZ, and I continue to develop my online offerings in order to reach more people. I am passionate about sharing with others what I have been blessed to experience.
