Awakening Light Sessions

 These powerful sessions represent the cumulation of many years of practice and combine gentle massage and bodywork, energy healing, crystal healing, and sound healing to balance and integrate body, mind, and spirit. Sessions are received through clothing on a comfortable massage table in a peaceful office setting in the heart of West Sedona.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Sessions are designed to support your intentions which may include, but are not limited to:
